QUALITY POLICY

The management of the company has developed its Quality Policy with the aim of designing and implementing high-quality services using effective methods of fulfilling its obligations to its customers, thereby maintaining competitiveness.

KOMEGA, through its Quality Policy, is committed to:

• Designing, studying, and implementing high-standard services.
• Delivering services within the desired time frame and fully meeting the requirements of its customers.
• Taking necessary measures to comply with legal requirements related to employee safety and overall company operations.
• Establishing conditions of mutual trust and cooperation with its partners/suppliers.
• Allocating all necessary resources to safeguard the integrity of customer-owned products.
• Maintaining confidentiality concerning all intellectual and commercial property of the customers.
• Constantly monitoring industry developments and actively participating in them.
• Effectively addressing and meeting existing and anticipated training, education, and specialization needs of its employees.
• Allocating necessary resources for the maintenance and improvement of the company's Quality System.
• Having the ability to collect operational and performance results to determine Quality Objectives, which are reviewed regularly. 

The tool through which the company implements, controls, and adjusts its Quality Policy, whenever necessary, is the Quality System it has developed and implemented. The validity and recognition of the Quality System are achieved through certification by an Independent Certification Body in accordance with the international standard ISO 9001:2015. 

For the implementation of the Quality Policy, KOMEGA considers active participation of its employees in adhering to, developing, and documenting all the procedures prescribed by the Quality System to be essential. All employees in the company contribute to the effective implementation and continuous improvement of the quality system.
